Proxy servers

Hey guys, under my failed attempts to port my server, my attention went on using a proxy to use on it, but i would think that would make the server private, but i dont care, i just the server up as fast as possible. so yea, i might use a proxy instead.

well, proxies allow bypassing into computers, but i think i need software for that or going to a website and set my info on that, idk still, i dont want any info about me or my computer on some websites, lol.
